Our Vision and Mission

120% Arts Academy International is a non-profit organization that aims to provide international education, with a focus on the arts, to orphans and families of low income.

120% Arts Academy International believes in equal opportunity for all families and children. We strive to give our children equal opportunity to the best education available with the times. Not disregarding the fundamentals, we as a school acknowledge that the times are different now. Technology is on the rise. It is so easy to find information. The internet has become a way of life, and more of us find living without it more difficult than it used to be. We acknowledge that the demands are different, and with those demands come merits and demerits. We at 120% Arts Academy International aim to provide our children with the necessary skills needed to properly navigate through current and upcoming demanding times. In order to navigate through various demands, we need critical thinking skills. Our goal is to build confidence and critical decision-making skills.

Our curriculum, with events, helps build those skills in ways that give real-life scenarios like being in the real world, yet at the same time a safe environment where they can freely express themselves and make mistakes, learn, and grow through them. It is our hope that each and every one of our children can have a fulfilling, joyous experience through our school and, with those experiences, be able to contribute to the people and community both near and far. Our hope is that they become world changers, even if it means just one person’s world.

We vow to walk side by side with the children and guide them as they learn and grow. As much as we teach the children, we know that we are able to learn from them as well. Many people may be similar, but no one is exactly the same. We want to acknowledge these differences in each individual child and grow as teachers to better serve them and provide quality relationships. Our relationship with each child is important to us, and we strive to protect and nurture each one.

私たちのカリキュラムやイベントは、実社会にいるようなリアルなシナリオを与えながら、同時に、自由に自己表現し、失敗し、それを通して学び、成長することができる安全な環境で、そのスキルを身につける手助けをします。私たちの願いは、子どもたち一人ひとりが学校を通して充実した楽しい経験をし、その経験をもとに、近隣や遠くの人々やコミュニティに貢献できるようになることです。私たちの願いは、子どもたちが、たとえ一人の人間の世界であっても、世界を変えることができるようになることです。

私たちは、子どもたちとともに歩み、子どもたちが学び、成長するよう導いていくことを誓います。子どもたちに教えるだけでなく、私たちも子どもたちから学ばせてもらっています。同じような人はたくさんいても、まったく同じ人はいません。私たちは、子どもたち一人ひとりのこのような違いを認め、教師として成長し、より良いサービスを提供し、質の高い関係を築いていきたいと考えています。私たちは、子どもたちとの関係を大切にし、一人ひとりを守り、育てていきたいと考えています。
